Our firm is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and was established in 1994 by Greg A. Kennedy. We are a full service public accounting firm offering a large range of services. We service financial, accounting, payroll, and tax clients all over the United States with a primary emphasis on the southeast.

Background of Greg A. Kennedy

CPA, CLU, CAPP

Greg Kennedy graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana in 1984 with a B.S. in Accounting. After graduation, Greg began his career with a local accounting firm in Baton Rouge. After several years at the local level, Greg relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina where he worked for five years with KPMG Peat Marwick, a Big Six international accounting firm. While at KPMG, Greg was promoted into the firm’s management group.

Greg obtained priceless experience at KPMG working with numerous publicly traded clients. Greg specialized in financial institutions and investment firms and his experience includes taking companies public. Greg has received extensive national training in New York, Chicago, and Phoenix.

Ashton Kennedy

CPA

Ashton Kennedy graduated with honors from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA in 2018 with a B.S. in Accounting. Ashton is extremely entrepreneurial and he has a keen understanding of small businesses. Ashton works with our monthly accounting clients and he runs the Firm's electronic payroll system. Ashton is very involved in the community with fund raising for charitable causes.

Lacy Manuel

Firm Administrator

Lacy graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA, in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has over twenty years of experience in business administration.

She is an excellent communicator with strong management skills, which puts our clients at ease. Lacy's eye for detail and organizational skills are significant factors in our success.

During his over 35 year tenure in public accounting, Greg has obtained experience in numerous industries including financial institutions, real estate, restaurants, pension plans, investment firms, automotive, rentals, contractors, retailers, physician groups, law firms, manufacturers, and many, many more.

In addition to being a CPA, Greg is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Certified Asset Protection Planner (CAPP). Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.
